What is Qorex OS?
A multi-business ERP, POS and inventory management system covering selling, stock, purchasing, delivery, accounting, HR and reports in one self-hosted platform.
Is it hosted for me?
No. It runs on your own server, so your data stays with you. The documentation lists the requirements and the installer checks them.
What kinds of business is it for?
Any business that sells goods: retail, supermarkets, pharmacies, electronics, fashion, wholesale and online sellers, from one shop to many branches.
Is there a demo?
Yes. A shared demo with sample data and a ready-made login is on the demo page.
Plans & pricing
What are the plans?
Regular (sold on CodeCanyon), and Business and Lifetime All-Access (sold directly by us). All are one-time purchases with lifetime updates. Business adds extended licence rights and any 10 add-ons. Lifetime All-Access includes every add-on, current and upcoming, plus lifetime and priority support.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-time purchase.
Can I use one licence on several websites?
No. One licence covers one website. Buy another licence for each additional site, or move a licence to a new domain.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Tell us through the contact page and we will help you move to a bigger plan.
Where do I buy?
Regular is sold on CodeCanyon, with Envato's checkout and licence terms. Business and Lifetime All-Access are sold directly by us, because they include bundles and support terms a marketplace item cannot.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Prices are in US dollars. Direct purchases show the payment methods we accept at checkout.

Which add-ons are available now?
Cash Register PRO, Courier Pro and Multi-Company.
Which add-ons are coming?
Nineteen are planned, including Contactless Payment, Contactless Order, Table & Dine-in, Room & Booking, Job Card & Service, Appointment Booking, Manufacturing, WooCommerce Sync and an AI Assistant. They have no release dates yet.

Installation & hosting
What do I need to run it?
PHP 8.2 or newer, MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+, the common PHP extensions, HTTPS and a cron job that runs every minute. The installer's first step checks all of it.
How long does installation take?
About five minutes with the web installer.
Do I need a cron job?
Yes. It runs reminders, scheduled reports, backups, update checks and clean-ups. The documentation shows the exact line to add.
Can I move to a new server?
Yes. Back up the database, storage and .env, upload to the new server, import the database and move your licence to the new domain.
Features
Does the POS work offline?
Yes. It queues sales while offline and syncs when the connection returns.
Can I manage several warehouses and branches?
Yes. Stock is held per warehouse, every warehouse belongs to a branch, and transfers move stock between them.
Which payment gateways are supported?
The catalogue has 120. Sixteen have online checkout through payment links, including Stripe, PayPal, bKash, SSLCommerz, Razorpay, Paystack and Flutterwave.
Which languages are available?
English is built in, Arabic, Bengali and Hindi are included, and 90 languages can be installed, six of them right-to-left.
Does it handle VAT and tax invoices?
Yes: tax rates, per-product or once-per-sale calculation, tax invoices with amount in words, VAT summary and registers, and Mushak documents for Bangladesh.
Can I import my products and customers?
Yes, from CSV, with a preview before anything is saved. Fifty data types can be imported and exported.
Updates, support & security
How do updates work?
Updates are signed, appear inside the app and install in one click after an automatic database backup. Your settings, uploads and data are not touched.
What does support cover?
Questions about how Qorex works, bug reports and help with included features. Customisation, third-party plugins and server administration are outside support.
Is sign-in protected against bots?
Yes: attempt limits, a honeypot, a minimum-time check and optional Cloudflare Turnstile.
Can I require two-factor sign-in?
Yes, for everyone or for chosen roles, with a grace period for people to set it up.
Is there documentation?
Yes. Over forty pages cover installation, every module, security and troubleshooting, with search.
