Licence and support terms

A plain-language summary of how licences, add-ons, updates and support work.

This page summarises how the product works. The licence that applies to your purchase is the one shown at checkout.

One licence, one website

A licence covers one website, bound to its domain. Buy another licence for each additional website. You can move a licence to a new domain from Settings → License & updates, a limited number of times each year. Local and test addresses are treated as free test domains.

The plans

  • Regular (sold on CodeCanyon): for one website that runs your own business, where your end users are not charged for access. Envato's licence terms apply.
  • Business (sold direct): adds extended licence rights, so you can use Qorex OS in a product where your own end users are charged, plus any 10 add-ons.
  • Lifetime All-Access (sold direct): everything in Business, plus every add-on, current and upcoming, and lifetime and priority support.

Add-ons

Each add-on has its own licence key, installed in Settings → Add-ons. If an add-on's licence lapses, its features lock and your data stays safe. Business includes any 10 add-ons of your choice. Lifetime All-Access includes every add-on in the catalogue, now and as new ones are released.

Updates

Updates are free on every plan. They are digitally signed, appear inside the app and install in one click after an automatic database backup. Your settings, uploads and data are not touched.

Support

Support covers questions about how Qorex works, bug reports and help with included features. Customisation, third-party plugins and server administration are outside support. Regular purchases on CodeCanyon include item support through CodeCanyon under Envato's support policy. Direct plans are supported by our team, and Lifetime All-Access customers go to the front of the queue.

Offline grace

Qorex re-verifies the licence with the licence server by itself. If the server cannot be reached, Qorex keeps working for a grace period, so a short outage never stops your business.

Refunds. CodeCanyon purchases follow Envato's refund policy. Direct purchases follow the terms shown at checkout.
