About the free trial
Do I need a credit card?
No. The first 30 days are free and nothing is charged unless you choose to extend or buy.
Do I get the source code with the trial?
No. The trial is a hosted copy that we run for you. The source code and your own installation come with a purchase.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. We point your domain at your trial copy with a simple DNS record, or give you an address on ours until you are ready.
What happens to my data when I buy?
It moves with you. We install Qorex OS on your server and bring your data across. The installation and setup service costs $20 if you want us to do it.
How does extending work?
You can extend by a month for $10, up to 3 extra months. Every month you pay for is deducted from the price of the plan you buy.
What if I do nothing when the trial ends?
You get 7 days of read-only access to view and export everything. After that the copy is locked, and your data is kept until day 60 and then removed.
Are there limits during the trial?
Up to 5 users and 25 SMS or WhatsApp messages, and printed documents show a Trial version line. Everything else is switched on.
Is the trial the same as the live demo?
No. The live demo is a shared copy with sample data. Your trial is your own copy with your own data.
