Book parcels and follow them automatically with your couriers.

Where Settings → Courier services

Courier Pro connects Qorex to your courier merchant accounts so you can book parcels from a delivery and receive status updates by themselves. Supported couriers: Pathao, RedX and Steadfast.

Connect a courier#

1. Open Settings → Courier services and press Connect on a courier.
2. Enter the details from your courier's merchant panel. Choose the Mode: Live or Sandbox (testing). A saved secret shows Saved — leave blank to keep.
3. Press Test connection. You will see Connection works or Connection failed.
4. Save.

Book and track#

• On a delivery press Book with the courier. The delivery shows the tracking number. A failed booking shows Booking failed with the reason.
• Booked parcels are checked automatically on a schedule. Use Sync now (or Sync couriers now on Deliveries) to refresh at once.
• Instant updates (webhook) let the courier push status changes to Qorex the moment they happen. Copy the webhook details from the Courier services page into your courier's panel.

The page shows how many parcels are being tracked and the time of the last parcel update. Disconnect removes the connection. Without Courier Pro you can still use deliveries and couriers by hand. See Delivery & couriers.
