Dashboard#
Where Dashboard
Your business at a glance, with a greeting and a date range. The cards show Total sales, Sales returns, Total purchases, Purchase returns, Profit with margin, Invoice due (the share of sales unpaid) and Total expenses. Below them are a sales and purchases chart, Revenue & expenses, Recent sales, Top selling products, a Low stock list with alert levels, Customer loyalty (returning and first-time customers) and Order times by day and hour. Press New sale to start selling. A banner appears when an update is available.
Filter and export#
- Filter by date range and, where the report supports it, branch, warehouse, customer, supplier or product.
- Export to a file for spreadsheets (needs
reports.export). - Print any report.
Scheduled reports#
Where Settings → Scheduled reports
Permissions reports.scheduled
Pick a report, choose how often it runs (with a day or day-of-month where needed), add recipients (type an e-mail and press Enter), and switch it on. Press Send now to test. The page shows the last time it was sent and any failure. Pause a schedule without deleting it. The scheduler (cron) must be running.
