Multi-Company

Run several companies and brand groups from one installation.

Where Multi-Company

Install and switch on the Multi-Company add-on (see Add-ons). The module adds an overview, groups and settings inheritance.

Groups#

Create a group (for example Rahman Holdings), then pick which of your companies belong to it. You can only add companies you belong to. The page shows companies in groups, companies not yet in a group, and your current group, with Manage companies.

Settings inheritance#

Inheritance works between the companies of one group. Set group defaults for shareable settings. Each company either uses the group default or has its own value. Leave a field empty to remove that group default. Only the group's owner can change group defaults. You can reset a company's override back to the default.

Add a company#

Press Add Company under Settings → Organisation and use the company switcher to move between them.
