Companies, brands & branches
The structure of your business inside Qorex.
Organisation#
Where Settings → Organisation
Qorex runs as a single company by default. The page lists your company with its currency, warehouses, brands, status and creation date. Press Add Company to add more only when the Multi-Company add-on is on (Multi-Company).

| Company Name, Email, Phone | Your business details. |
| Default Currency | The base currency, for example USD. |
| Timezone | Used for dates, reports and scheduled tasks. |
| Status | Active, Inactive or Suspended. |
Branches#
Where Settings → Branches
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Branch name and Code | For example Downtown Branch and BR2. |
| City, Phone, Email, Address | Contact details. |
| Active | Branch is available for switching and transactions. |
One branch is the MAIN branch. Users can be limited to certain branches, and a branch switcher in the top bar changes what you see. Deleting a branch cannot be undone.
Brands#
Where Settings → Brands
A brand groups branches, for example Alpha. Create the brand, then assign branches to it. Deleting a brand leaves its branches unassigned, never deleted.
