Turn a sale with an outstanding balance into a payment plan. The page shows active plans, Overdue, due this week and collected this month.
- Press New Instalment Plan and find the sale. Only sales with an outstanding balance and no existing plan appear.
- Enter the Number of Instalments and the First Due Date.
- Press Create Plan. Qorex splits the balance into instalments.
- Record Payment takes a payment against an instalment. Methods: Cash, Card, Mobile (bKash, Nagad…), Bank, Cheque, Other.
- Reminders are sent automatically by the scheduler, or press Send a reminder now (it shows when the last one was sent).
- Statuses: Active, Partially paid, Paid, Overdue.
- Mark as Paid works on selected rows.
Removing an instalment does not change payments already recorded on the underlying sale. Import columns: Sale Reference, Due Date, Amount, Installment #. The sale reference must match exactly.

Prepaid balances customers redeem at checkout. Every change is written to a full ledger. The page shows cards issued, outstanding balance and total redeemed.

- View ledger shows every transaction.
- Redeem takes an amount with a note.
- Top up adds value.
- Void cancels the card.
