Create sales, take payments, and send priced offers.
Sales#
Where Sales & POS → Sales
Permissions sales.view sales.create sales.edit sales.delete sales.approve
The page shows total sales, revenue, Outstanding Due and today's sales. Filter by warehouse, customer, agent, status or payment method. Use Mark as Paid on selected rows to record a cash payment for each sale's remaining balance; already-paid sales are skipped.
Create a sale#

| Customer | A saved customer or Walk-in customer. Quick add customer creates one in place. |

| Warehouse | Where stock leaves from. |
| Sale Date | Defaults to today. |
| Add products | Search by name or code. Enter quantity, price, discount and tax per line. For serial products enter serial / IMEI numbers, comma separated. |
| Currency and Rate | Sell in a foreign currency. All amounts on the form are in the chosen currency (see Settings → Currencies). |
| Paid now and Payment method | Record an immediate payment (Cash, Card and others). Leave empty to sell on account. |
Row actions#
- View shows the full sale.
- Edit changes it.
- Send a payment link creates an online payment link for the balance. See money.
- Record payment adds a payment.
- Delete removes the sale.
Quotations#

Permissions quotations.view quotations.create quotations.edit quotations.delete
Send a priced offer without touching stock. A quotation has a Quotation Date and a Valid Until date (the list warns when one expires within 3 days), a customer, warehouse, sale agent, products, notes and a grand total. Statuses: Draft, Sent, Accepted, Rejected, Converted.
- Print a clean quotation.
- Duplicate to reuse it.
- Convert to sale turns it into a sale. Enter the Sale Date, the Amount paid now and the Payment method. The quotation becomes Converted to sale.
Quotation templates#
Where Sales & POS → Quotation templates
Save a common set of products (for example “Standard Install Package”) as a template with a name, description, products, quantities and prices. Use Use this template to start a quotation from it. Quotations already created from a template are never changed when you edit the template. Import columns: template_name, code, quantity, unit_price.
Sale agents#

Permissions sale-agents.view sale-agents.create sale-agents.edit sale-agents.delete
An agent has a name, email, phone and a Commission %. Mark Agent is available for assigning to sales to make them selectable. The page shows the average commission. Import columns: name, email, phone, commission.
Approvals#
Rules for what needs approval, and above which amount, are set under Settings → Approvals. People with sales.approve can approve.
