Reorder suggestions
Qorex works out what to buy and when, from your real sales.
Where Inventory → Reorder suggestions
The page lists products that need action, how fast they sell, how long stock will last, and what is already on order.

| In stock | Current quantity. |
| Sells / day | Average daily sales over the look-back period. |
| Lasts | How many days the stock will cover. |
| On order | Quantity already on open orders. |
| Order | Suggested quantity to buy. |
| Last supplier | The supplier you last bought it from. |
Filter by Out of stock, Urgent or Reorder soon, search by product or SKU, select suggestions and press Create purchase requisition. The page also shows the approximate cost at the last purchase cost.
Reorder rules#
Press Change rules to set:

| Look at sales from the last (days) | How much history the daily average uses. |
| Supplier delivers in (lead time) | Days between ordering and receiving. |
| Extra safety stock | A buffer added to every suggestion. |
| Each order should last | How many days of stock to buy at a time. |
The same rules drive the nightly automatic requisition. Turn automatic reordering on or off under Settings → Inventory defaults.
Move between branches#
The Move stock before buying more section spots a branch running low while another has more than it will sell, and links to Stock transfers with the quantity and the reason. With only one branch it shows nothing to move.
