Payment accounts#
Where Accounting → Payment accounts
Permissions accounts.view accounts.create accounts.edit accounts.delete

The page shows total balance, active accounts and bank accounts.
Money transfers#
Where Accounting → Money transfers
Permissions money-transfers.view money-transfers.create money-transfers.edit money-transfers.delete
Move money between your own accounts, for example from cash to bank. Choose From Account, To Account, Amount, an optional Fee and notes. Both balances adjust automatically. Deleting uses Delete & Reverse and restores both. Import columns: From Account, To Account, Amount, Date, Fee, Notes. Account names must match exactly.
Expenses and income#

Each record gets a reference, a journal entry, and a Recorded By entry. The pages total spending or earnings and categories used.
Bank reconciliation#
Where Accounting → Bank reconciliations
- Press New Reconciliation and choose the Payment Account.
- Enter the Statement Ending Balance and date.
- Press Run Reconciliation. Qorex compares the statement with the account's cleared items and shows the difference, with a Matched indicator.
- Save as Draft or Completed.
Online payments and payment links#
Customers can pay an invoice online through a link. Go to tax for tax, and see below for gateways.
Where Sales → Payment links
- Press New payment link. Pick an unpaid invoice (search by invoice number, customer or phone), or enter a custom amount.
- Choose how long it stays valid: 1, 3, 7 or 30 days.
- Add customer name, phone and e-mail (optional, some gateways e-mail a receipt) and what it is for.
- Press Create link. Copy it, or send it by SMS, e-mail or WhatsApp.
The page shows links waiting, collected in the last 30 days and the paid rate. Statuses: Waiting, Paid, Expired, Cancelled. Pending links are re-checked on a schedule. You can Cancel link, copy it again, or View payment page. Sending by SMS needs an SMS gateway (Settings → SMS). The page tells you if none is switched on.
Gateways#
Where Settings → Payment gateways
The catalogue holds 120 gateways and payment methods, with filters by region (Global, North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, Latin America). Press Set up, enter the keys from the provider's dashboard, press Test connection, then Save keys. Keys are stored encrypted and never appear on receipts or invoices. Methods marked Live are ready, Needs set-up still lack keys.
Online checkout through payment links works with:

Every other gateway in the catalogue can still be recorded as a payment method at the till, but has no online checkout.

A gateway can appear in more than one region.
Your own payment methods#
Press Add method for bank transfer, cheque, a local wallet or anything else. Add instructions for your staff and choose whether it shows at POS checkout (At POS / Not at POS).
Payment terms#
Where Settings → Payment terms
Define terms such as Net 30 (due 30 days after the invoice date) or On receipt. A term can charge a late fee as a percentage of the balance or a fixed amount after a grace period. Mark one as the Default; customers without their own term use it.
