Terms used in Qorex OS.
| Term | Meaning |

| BIN | Business identification number, used for Bangladesh VAT documents. |
| Blind close | Closing a till without showing the expected amount until the count is submitted. |
| Challan | A delivery note that travels with goods. |
| COD | Cash on delivery. |
| Costing method | How cost of goods sold is calculated: FIFO, LIFO or average. |
| Denomination | A single note or coin value used to count a drawer. |
| Honeypot | A hidden form field that only bots fill in. |
| Instalment | One payment of a plan that spreads a sale's balance over time. |
| Mushak | The Bangladesh VAT document series, for example Mushak-6.1 and 6.3. |
| Packing slip | A list of what was packed into a shipment. |
| Payment link | A web address a customer opens to pay an invoice online. |
| Period close | A snapshot of inventory value as of a date. |
| Requisition | An internal request to buy stock, approved before it becomes a purchase. |
| Safe drop | Moving cash from the drawer to a safe during a shift. |
| Scheduler | The every-minute cron job that triggers background tasks. |
| SKU | The product code you use for a product. |
| Variance | The difference between counted and expected cash, or counted and system stock. |
| Webhook | A call Qorex makes to your URL when something happens. |
| X report / Z report | A mid-shift and an end-of-day cash register summary. |
