Receipts (thermal)#
Where Settings → Receipt layout
What the POS prints on thermal paper. A4 and A5 invoices are set up under Invoice. Start from a Quick style, then fine-tune. A live preview updates as you change anything.

Invoices (A4 / A5 PDF)#
Where Settings → Invoice

| Layout and Paper | Choose a layout and the paper size. A live preview shows the result. |
| Colours | Start from a colour pair, then fine-tune any colour. Keep my colours when I switch layout keeps your choices. |
| Type and title | Text size and the document title (INVOICE, TAX INVOICE, BILL). Fonts are built into the PDF, so every character prints, including ৳, € and ₹. |
| Logo and White logo | Upload a logo (PNG with a transparent background works best, max 2 MB). A white version is used on dark panels. With no logo a monogram badge is drawn. |
| Wording | Thank-you line, header note, footer note and terms & conditions. |
| Payment details | One per line as Label: value, shown as a two-column list. |
| Signature | Upload an image, or draw one, plus the signer's name and title. |
| Numbers look like | The numbering pattern. Numbering is set under Settings → Numbering. |
Printers#
Where Settings → Printers
Register receipt and label printers. Each has a Name, Type, Printing Choice and a Warehouse. One can be the Default.

Qorex Print Agent#
The Print Agent is a small program for Windows 10 / 11 that lets the POS print without a dialog. The page offers a download with your site address and API key already inside, so there is nothing to type, and shows whether the agent is connected and when it was last seen. Follow the three steps on the page.
The Print Queue shows jobs that are pending, failed or printed today. Print logs list every job and let you retry a failed one. Use Test connection on any printer.
Barcode labels#
Where Settings → Barcode
| Field | What it does |

| Barcode type | How the product code is drawn on the label. A recommended type is marked. |
| Label size | Pick the label sheet or roll you buy and every size is filled in for you. |
| Paper size and Label printer | Sheet or roll. |
| Label width and height | In inches, with the millimetre value shown. |
| Margins and Labels per row | Top and bottom margin, left and right margin, labels side by side. |
| Show on each label | The barcode always prints. Choose what else appears, such as name and price. |
The preview warns if the label is taller than the page. Reset to defaults restores the starting values.
