Delivery & couriers
Dispatch orders, hand them to couriers and let customers follow the parcel.
Deliveries#
Where Delivery → Deliveries
Permissions deliveries.view deliveries.create deliveries.edit deliveries.delete
Create a delivery from an existing sale. The page has a Board view (columns by status) and a List view, and shows total, pending, out for delivery and delivered. Statuses: Pending, Out for delivery, Delivered, Failed, Returned. Filter by courier, status and payment (Unpaid, Partial, Paid).

Row actions#
- View, Edit / update status, Delete.
- Book with a courier and Refresh status from the courier when a courier is connected (Courier Pro).
- Copy driver update link and Send link via WhatsApp let a driver update status from a phone with no login.
- Sync couriers now pulls the latest status for all booked parcels.
Cash on delivery#
The COD to receive from couriers panel lists delivered parcels where the customer paid cash to the courier and you have not yet recorded it. Press Mark received to record the cash and mark the sale paid.
Customer tracking#
Every delivery has a public tracking page opened with a private link or a tracking code. No login is needed. Share the link by SMS or WhatsApp.
Delivery challans#
Where Delivery → Delivery challans
A delivery challan is the document that travels with goods. Link it to a sale (search the sale reference) or build it by hand. Fields: customer, warehouse, Challan date, Vehicle number, Driver name, Delivery address, items and notes. Row actions: View, Print, Duplicate, Edit, Delete. The printed document shows Deliver To, From Warehouse, vehicle, item descriptions, quantities and Dispatched By.
Packing slips#
Where Delivery → Packing slips
Records exactly what was packed. Link a sale, choose the warehouse and Packed date, enter the Package count (for example “2 boxes”), then list each item with Ordered and Packed quantities. If packed is less than ordered the slip is flagged short-packed. Print, duplicate and edit like a challan.
Couriers#

Import columns: name, phone, email, tracking_url_template. Deliveries assigned to a courier keep their history if you delete the courier. For direct booking through Pathao, RedX or Steadfast see courier-pro.
