  • Serial / IMEI. Switch on serial tracking for phones and electronics. You enter one code per unit on purchases, sales and transfers, one per line or scanned.

From the product list choose products, set the number of Copies for each, and press Print Barcodes then Print now. The label size, barcode type and sheet layout come from Settings → Barcode. See Receipts, invoices & printers.

Assign products to branches#

Use the assign tool to copy products to another branch. Choose the Target branch, select products (or Select all), and decide the starting stock: a flat number, or Match each product's quantity at the reference branch. Categories, units, manufacturers and base pricing are shared automatically.

Import and export#

Import products from CSV and export the list from the product page or from Settings → Data export & import. Relational fields (category, brand, unit) are matched by name. A preview shows what will be created, updated or fail before anything is saved. See Import, export & custom fields.

Tip
Use Custom fields to add your own fields to products, such as supplier part number. See data-tools.
