Support & FAQ
How to get help, and answers to common questions.
Getting support#
Support is provided through the item's support page on CodeCanyon. Please include: your Qorex version (foot of the sidebar), your PHP version, what you did, what you expected, and the first lines of the newest error from storage/logs.
Support covers questions about how Qorex works, bug reports, and help with included features. Customisation, third-party plugins and server administration are outside support.
FAQ#
Can I use one licence on several websites?
No. One licence covers one website. Buy another licence for each site. You can move a licence to a new domain.
Does Qorex work if the internet drops?
The POS terminal queues sales offline and syncs them later, and the licence has an offline grace period.
Can I run several shops or companies?
Several branches and warehouses are included. For separate companies or brand groups use the Multi-Company add-on.
Can I change the language?
Yes. English is built in, Arabic, Bengali and Hindi are included, and 90 languages can be installed. See Settings reference.
Will an update erase my data?
No. Updates keep your .env, uploads and database, and a backup is taken before each one-click update.
Can I connect other systems?
Yes, through API keys and signed webhooks. See Security.
How do I import my products?
Use the product page or Settings → Data export & import. Download the template, fill it in, preview, then confirm. See Import, export & custom fields.
Which payment gateways can customers pay with online?
See the table in Payments, expenses & income.
Can customers sign themselves up?
Not by default. Public sign-up is off, and you add staff under Settings → Users. See Security.
What if someone forgets their password?
They use Forgot password? on the sign-in page and receive a link by email. An administrator can also reset it under Settings → Users.
How do I stop cashiers giving big discounts?
Set the discount cap under Settings → POS. Above the cap the POS asks for a manager PIN.
How do I move to a new server?
Back up the database, storage and .env, upload to the new server, import the database, and move your licence from Settings → License & updates.
